Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.

with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back according to the instructions provided.
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your return.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items).
Please allow 8–20 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, either through replacement or refund.
